Body and mind.
Yoga meets psychotherapy.

I firmly believe that healing starts from within. A healing journey is not about repairing something that is broken, but rather about bringing back what has always been there deep within us and has always been whole. I believe that body and mind form an inseparable unit during the healing journey.

Do you suffer from anxiety? Do you feel stressed? Or do you have the feeling that you have lost contact with yourself and your body? Would you like more ease and joy in your life again? And would you like support in this process?

My approach

Yoga and psychotherapy combined. This is what I offer my clients for their healing journey. My approach is about helping you to get to know yourself better, to find out what you really need and where in your life something may need to change so that more ease and joy can return. Together we find what supports you best. You will be given helpful techniques so that you can heal on your own, from within yourself. And don’t worry, even if you have never done yoga before, no previous knowledge is necessary. Perhaps this form of movement and body awareness can be helpful for you.

I offer a body-mind method that is made up of two components. On the one hand, I work with techniques based on the latest findings of neuroscience, and on the other, with exercises from a soft and sensitive style of yoga where the body plays the most important part. My theoretical basis is, on the one hand, neuroplasticity (the brain’s ability to reshape itself) and, on the other, the poly-vagal theory (the autonomic nervous system and its role in the development of diseases). Whether with or without yoga, we will look together at which methods will best help you to regain your well-being.

Who is my offer aimed at?

Mainly people with severe anxiety, women with anxiety during pregnancy, but also people experiencing deep grief and people with mild depression or symptoms of exhaustion. Whatever it is for you, please feel free to contact me.

My expertise

Behavioral therapy methods and interventions from modern neuroscience, a healing license as Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie (non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy), experience from more than 15 years of yoga practice, personal experience in dealing with grief, training in trauma-sensitive yoga.

Costs for the sessions

It is important for you to know that you are responsible for the costs of a session, as statutory health insurance companies do not cover the services of alternative practitioners for psychotherapy. The statutory health insurance funds currently only pay for treatments by medical or psychological psychotherapists according to the currently recognized “guideline procedures”, but not by alternative practitioners for psychotherapy. However, private health insurance or supplementary insurance may cover part of the costs. You can clarify this with your private supplementary insurance. Unfortunately, the waiting time for therapy places with psychotherapists is often very long. In the meantime, you may want to take advantage of my offer to start your healing journey now.

One session takes up 60 minutes, but I take 75 minutes for you. We have enough time to arrive, take off your jacket and choose a tea. Let’s talk about the duration and cost of the therapy in an initial consultation.

I charge €100 for a 60-minute therapy session, which should be paid by bank transfer.

Free initial consultation

Sometimes the first step is the most difficult, I totally understand. So let’s talk.
