ACB stands for Anne-Céline Bonanati. I am deeply passionate about the journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. As a practitioner and yoga guide, I believe in the power of uniting body and mind to create lasting well-being. Through my work in both yoga and psychotherapy, I offer a holistic approach that nurtures every aspect of your being.

What does Yoga mean to me

My yoga journey began more than 15 years ago. Over the years, I have had the chance of practicing with many different teachers, each contributing to my understanding and growth. Yoga has been a constant support throughout my life—during my pregnancies and especially through one of the most challenging times I’ve faced.

At a certain point, I realized that yoga was no longer just a daily personal practice; it had become something much more profound. It was a path of healing, growth, and self-discovery. This realization inspired me to share what I had learned with others, and so, five years ago, I made the decision to train as a yoga teacher.

Since then, my journey has been one of continuous learning and growth. I am grateful for all the experiences that have shaped my practice, and I am excited to continue evolving and sharing these insights with others every day.

Over the years, my style has evolved into something that feels deeply aligned with who I am and what I believe yoga can offer. My approach is fluid, soothing, and gentle. I focus on the connection between body and breath, believing that true transformation happens when we move with softness and lightness, rather than pushing ourselves with rigidity or pressure. Yoga, for me, is not just another item on our never-ending to-do list; it is a nurturing, healing practice that can teach us so much about ourselves. By approaching yoga with this mindset, we can bring more peace and presence into our lives—both on and off the mat. Yoga has helped me discover what feels truly good for me, and I’m passionate about guiding others to find that same sense of ease and self-awareness.

What I wish for

As a yoga teacher, my mission is to share the magic and transformative power of yoga with as many people as possible. I teach from the heart, creating a space open for everyone. As a Strala guide, I approach yoga with a focus on ease, flow, and connection. Strala yoga, founded by Tara Stiles and Mike Taylor, is all about moving through the body in a way that feels natural and unrestricted.

In each class, the connection between breath and body is always at the forefront, guiding us through both flowing sequences and moments of deep relaxation. My approach is centered on making yoga accessible, beneficial, and non-harmful for every body. That’s why my classes are designed to be suitable for all levels, ensuring that everyone can experience the healing and empowerment that yoga offers.

My training

I have already learned a lot along the way. I hold an M.A. (Magistra Artium) in cultural anthropology and English literature. After my studies, I first worked for a travel agency in England and then moved to Berlin. There I worked for a few years as a project manager in an online agency. However, the birth of my two sons changed me and gradually the idea of doing something completely different matured in me and I started my yoga teacher training. Last year I also dedicated myself to the subject of psychotherapy and at the beginning of this year I obtained my license as a alternative practitioner for psychotherapy.
